Everything was excellent, great hotel, the location was favourable close enough to restaurants and the highway as well as all stores and restaurants. The breakfast with coffee and fresh fruit was good. The room we had included a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. The great service and shuttle to airport far exceeded our expectations.

Some of the staff were very rude.

I had coffee and fresh fruit in the morning. The location was comfortable for traveling around Laredo, close to all the convenient stores as well as many other shopping locations.

Nice place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped with my suitcases-a kind gesture I'll never forget. Highly recommend it for your city break!

We had a fun night here, especially with the little play area where the kids kicked a soccer ball around and the clean outdoor swimming pool to relax in. It's great to have such nice facilities to unwind after a long drive. Just a heads up, the toilet could use a little fixing, but it didn't ruin our stay 😊

I not sketchy at all thanks to the gated hotel and visible security measures. The staff was attentive.

I loved how cozy my room felt, with two comfortable double beds that were perfect for a family night in! The free breakfast had the tastiest waffles and sausages that fueled us for a day of exploring. Plus, the outdoor grilling area was a fantastic way for my kids to let loose after a long day of travel!

I loved exploring the lively streets of Laredo, especially the vibrant night markets. The hotel provided a large enough space for my family, including four babies, and we appreciated having a comfortable suite for our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel needs better noise insulation for families with children.
